Meza is a way to spend time with family and friends at home or at a restaurant. Meza is pleasure, for both body and soul, a complete and balanced kitchen with a clear emphasis on vegetables of all shapes and tastes. Lebanese cuisine is careful with dairy products besides cheeses and a special type of yogurt, butter is almost never used, nor fat cream-based sauces. Most of the fat comes from the plant kingdom, especially a wonderful olive oil and many different fats from nuts. In the Lebanese cuisine there are all the flavors to make the natural experience perfect, sour (very citrus fruits), natural sweetness / salty from all fresh fresh vegetables and other ingredients, a variety of aromas and flavors from exciting fresh spices. The variety and supply of raw materials is astounding. You can always find something new to eat in this kitchen!
