Alittle pricey, hummus could be better overall great food

I\'m glad we found this restaurant.. It is actually not hard to find.. Walking distance from central station.. It has very nice atmosphere.. Food was good too with a lot of options.. I tried chicken sworma, it was good..

This is one of those touristy restaurants off the popular streets around Dam. What is striking is that the food is cooked in front of you and comes out in hot, fresh, flavoured finish. The servings are abundant and the waiters are very friendly almost personal in a nice way. Would be good to take suggestions from the older staff before ordering so that you dont end up with huge portions.

Great food and quality, but one disappointing service experience I visited Istanbul Grill Restaurant twice, and overall I really liked the place. On my first visit, everything was excellent — the food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared, the service was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. That experience made me come back again. However, on my second visit, I had a disappointing experience with one waiter. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, I was asked to leave the main seating area and was placed in a narrow and hidden corner of the restaurant. As a paying customer, this made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as I believe every customer deserves equal treatment and the right to choose a proper seat when space is available. Aside from this issue, the food quality is excellent, and the restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. I genuinely like this place and hope this was just a one-time service issue. With consistent and respectful service, this restaurant could easily be one of the best. I would still recommend it, but I hope the management improves staff behavior in such situations.
