Very disappointing experience at this supermarket. The staff were unhelpful, ignored questions, and spoke in a disrespectful manner instead of assisting customers professionally. I asked for a simit from the bakery section and simply wanted to pay for it together with the rest of my groceries, but they refused and made me pay separately without giving any reasonable explanation. Customer service like this makes shopping unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. Definitely not the experience a customer expects.
