Didn’t expect the best food on my Adelaide trip to be Afghan, but it absolutely was. The chicken skewers were insanely juicy, fresh, and perfectly cooked over charcoal. Served with fluffy rice, fresh salads, and two tasty dips that paired beautifully with the meat. The chicken was the clear standout (chicken > lamb here, no contest), though the lamb skewers were still very good. The rice worked perfectly with all the meat, and the pita-style bread was unreal — I watched them pull it fresh from the oven and it tasted as good as it looked. The owner was super friendly and gave me great recommendations.
