Why answer the call and straight away say food is going to be 40 minutes. Put me off and I didn’t even order. Better yet, take the order and say you’ll make it as quick as possible but may be slight delay. My order wasn’t even going to be massive but terrible service to say the wait will be 40 minutes before even starting the conversation. Every customer counts and every £ counts. Get rid of that terrible approach if you want business to improve.

Mr Wahid, the manager of this store, was very kind. We ordered our food, which was unfortunately cancelled due to stock unavailability. Wahid offered us a complimentary meal as compensation, which was greatly appreciated. I really like the taste of the food at this store and I’m very pleased that it is run by such professional and caring people.

Rios truly sets the gold standard for customer care ✨ A huge special mention to Riffat 🌟 Her customer service was beyond exceptional, genuinely the best service I have ever received anywhere. I was completely amazed by her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make everything smooth, stress free, and welcoming 🙌 Riffat is a massive asset to Rios and honestly deserves a pay rise for the way she represents the company 💯👏 This level of service is rare, and it’s the reason customers stay loyal. Rio’s Peri Peri is easily one of the best spots for peri peri food. The chicken was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and the spice level was just right. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned, and the portions were generous for the price. What really stood out though was the customer service. Riffat was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. She made sure everything was right with our order and genuinely cared about the experience, which makes a big difference. Her service honestly elevated the whole visit. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again.
