We booked for lovely lunch and loved the shop and looked forward to our dinne but was very disappointed with the food. The Naked burger what i assumed would come on one big mushroom came on 4 tiny mushrooms. The chicken mayo sandwich came bare on a plate with not even any garnish on the plate. It looked so unappealing. The pizza was also very disappointing. The lamb shank was ok…but for the rest terrible.

Lovely place. Like a little village of shops and then you find The Lemon Tree Restaurant. Great food, service and prices. Will definitely be back.

The Lemon tree was a very nice experience hidden away with great atmosphere. Their venue was very inviting and "chic", with a matching menu and food styles. I went for the quiche, while the others at the table went for a variety of other items, like the flat, burger and fish. The general consensus for the food was that it was good but could be slightly improved on for the price you pay (Still good, let it be said). The burger while the burger was flavourful and juicy, with nice caramalized onions the homemade potatoes wedges were a bit oily and could of been more crispy. The flat was a bit underwhelming interns of lack of lamb when ordering the lamb pizza, and the salad with the quiche was pretty underwhelming. The fish was good with amazing batter. The waiter was kind and helpful, but it did take a while to get our order in, while not being too busy. Otherwise, I would still recommend visiting for a lunch.

Extremely slow service. 1.5 hour for food. Such a pity because so much potential. Really hope management can put better systems in place. EDIT: owner was EXTREMELY on the ball and followed up immediately. Highly impressed with how she handled her response. As a business owner myself , this was fabulous. I have therefore updated my review due to good ownership
