When I first started getting from here, it was actually nice food and decent staff. However, that's not the case anymore. Not only have they gotten my order wrong twice in one night, and had to send the delivery driver more than once to my house. But the guy who was taking the order was very rude. When I said to him the second time that my order was wrong, he just said, "What do you want me to do about it?" It's not like my order was complicated. It was a simple donner kebab on chips. And they got that wrong twice! He then said he'd send another one out free of charges. But when the delivery man came, he wanted money for the delivery. I said that the guy on the phone said it was free of charges. He then got a bit annoying, saying, "You see that magical machine there?"That is called a car, and I need money to keep it going for travelling far out here." Little did I know that the guy on the phone conveniently left that part out with me. 😡 Definitely won't be back. Absolute scum.
