My first here, and reason for it... is this is easily one of the best burgers I've ever had, if not the best ( I don't take my burgers lightly.) and it just happens to be Halal. HH Burgers does one thing, and that is making burgers and they do it oh so well. About the burger, for me any good burger has a bun that compliments it, and they happen to use a freshly baked Hawaiian Brioche bun which compliments the thick flavorful burger patty itself beautiful, it's the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The have a nice assortment of toppings to add your burger, I recommend adding sautéed mushrooms, cheese and jalapenos and you have a winner. I could eat the mushrooms as side alone, it's that good. The fries are thin and curly with a hint of spiciness; get them well done for a nice crunch. The Arugula salad is nice and simple and more importantly strikes the perfect Balance to the burger and fries.
