Had a great experience dining at Spice Rack. From the appetizer to main entree, all items were delicious, cooked well and had the right amount of spice. Service was quick and courteous. Ambiance is nice too - great place to take family/friends for a celebration or occasion. We look forward to visiting this place again!
Not sure what the hoopla is about. Ordered brain masala on sheermal as an appetizer and it came out on a dry naan (do they not know what a sheermal is?). Hot and sour soup was so thick it was jelly and could be spread on your toast. Other dishes ordered: mango chicken - very confused as to what it was supposed to be - came out as a thick goopy curry. Pineapple fried rice was more like kichri. Hakka noodles were ok but all 3 of these dishes had no salt or spice. We asked for medium spice.
Have eaten here and ordered takeout several times since they opened. They have great food, some unusual dishes, and are happy to tailor the spice level to your taste. Some of our faves include Tibetan lamb, hakka noodles, squid (appetizer), butter chicken, and their rosemary naan. The decor is also nice and the service is friendly and fast.
Good fresh food. They have lot of variety. Have ordered butter chicken, mango chicken, spice rack platters and couple other dishes all of them tasted nice and different. You should try Kai chi which is their version of 'drums of heaven'.
