I paid with a 5 euro note that was taped to the counter but perfectly legal. The cashier took it without a word. Imagine my surprise when I returned three weeks later and the same cashier handed me the 5 euro note, telling me he hadn't been able to use it to give change to his customers because they all refused it, claiming it was taped. I proved him wrong with a video, and once confronted with his lie, neither the cashier nor his boss bothered to apologize. How can someone be so disrespectful and lie so shamelessly to a customer? Customer service is the foundation of any business, but apparently not here. And regardless of the response to my review, management knows perfectly well that everything said in this review is true. If I could give zero stars, I would. Change your mindset and train your team in customer relations and respect for the customer. It's the foundation of any business. This will prevent you from being humiliated again in the future. All this for a measly 5 euros... Shameful and pathetic.
Loyal customers for a while now and still just as satisfied 👍 Quality meat: impeccable freshness, great taste, and a wide selection of products. You can taste the expertise and dedication behind every preparation. The welcome is warm, always with a smile and excellent advice depending on what you want to cook. It's nice to have a shopkeeper who takes the time to explain and guide you. A trustworthy butcher shop that we recommend without hesitation. Thank you for your professionalism and consistent quality!
I came at 7 PM to buy meat, even though it's supposed to close at 7:30 PM. The butcher shop was cleaned, the utensils were put away, the meat was stored, and the machines were unplugged at 7 PM. If you close at 7 PM sharp, you should specify this on Google to avoid people making the trip. Thank you.
I waited 15 minutes before the butcher realized there were people waiting. I asked for duck breast, but the salesperson didn't understand what I was asking. She only knew how to say "There isn't any." And yet, duck breast is listed on your meat list.
Excellent service, the staff are very friendly, and the store is full of very original products. In addition, the meat is very good, and the value for money is unbeatable. Well done! I would add a sixth star if I could. I won't go anywhere else.
