When we first started used Joes we loved them. Stopped using for a while after finding a hair cooked in our dessert. Recently started using them again, to find prices are slightly higher as expected, but portions have lowered in quantity and standard. For example our pizza, a 12 slice pepperoni passion - only 6 out of the slices actually had pepperoni on. The sauce tubs are now half full. The popcorn chicken boxes are a lot smaller with less in.

Cardboard. Shop don’t care that they serve cold food and just say ‘did our best’. Awful attitude and awful food. Was a good customer, never again.

Vile tasteless DISGUSTING pizza. They advertise deep pan but it's more like thin crust with edges rolled over. To make it look like deep pan, also advertised as 15 inch but it's really more like 14 inch pizza old dough which doesn't rise properly and bland CHEAP toppings. A Proper deep pan pizza is like a pizza hut pizza, deep in the middle and deep to the edge. This is more like a regular crust pizza which is total CRAP and not even fit to serve a Dog !! 💩

Absolutley disgusting. Moldy food, refused refund.. and blocked me. Im 22 weeks pregnant, been made aware, and not interested.. told to take another free pizza!!!! I will be taking this further.

Woefully bad food. Had something good here a year or two ago but this time the extra toppings I ordered were barely there and the cheesecake arrived frozen through. Crust was tough as hell and felt out of date. All went in the bin and ordered elsewhere. Absolute joke.
