Hello I was a big fan of your pizzas and other food for a long time. But in recent months, the food has been getting worse and worse, and the usual service is nonexistent. 1. Your website looks like it's from the 80s. Guys, you can do better. A decent website is half the battle. 2. Service: It's commendable that you can track your order. However, it's bad that you can see the driver driving around Spandau with your food for 45 minutes. Furthermore, the delivery time and route are printed on the receipt as a QR code. And unfortunately, that doesn't match up. 3. Prices: It's no secret that everything is getting more expensive. But adding a €2 delivery fee to an order of over €50 leaves a very bitter taste. 4. Food quality: You've completely failed here. - Baduette chicken: See photo. Pathetic. You can't serve that to a customer. Especially since the obligatory sweet and sour sauce was missing. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that it now has to be ordered separately. This wasn't the case with the chicken baguette before. - The salami pizza was delivered with pepperoni salami. The kids didn't like it at all. The dough was so-so. It could have used an extra minute or two of baking time. And the pizza was only lukewarm. - The sweet chili chicken pizza. The sweet chili sauce was barely detectable, otherwise it was overloaded with pepperoni. The dough was the same as above, and this pizza was also lukewarm. - The mac and cheese was nothing like what was delivered. The pasta was dripping with oil, and the cheese was only on top of the pasta. It was also hard. The whole dish was very tasteless. All in all, it was very disappointing. You can definitely do better.
Really great taste !! Chicken Florida and vegetarian classic is our favourite for every week !! I would recommend to try out!
