I love this place. Food is amazing. We ordered platter of goat, beef and chicken dishes. The meat and rice was very well seasoned, tasted amazing. The food was spiced appropriately to make it delicious.\r\nWe got sambusa and mango juice too. Owners are really nice and helpful people. This place ifs featured in newspaper and magazine and also about 400 reviews on Google with 4.8 star rating does mean something....
Easily the best spot to eat in Milwaukee, no contest. The only complaint is parking can be hard to find at busy times of day.
Awesome Somali food. Went with three people and ordered two platters - everything was straight delicious. Highly recommend the platter with rice and chichen Suqar
One of the top 5 halal restaurant in Milwaukee, WI. I had beef suqar with chicken samosa (sambusa). Portion was Ok for the price. Food was very tasty and I would recommend this place. I had also tried their Steak sandwich which was very tasty, meat was juicy and well done. Bread was fresh with tasty sauce. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Family own business.
One of my favorite halal spots in Milwaukee. Family owned and HUGE portions. Great tasting food. Very filling as they tend to have rice and meat. Lasts for multiple meals too and tastes just as great warmed up. I have had the chicken and beef platters with rice as well as the sambusas and would recommend all 3 items.
This place has been open for an year now but recently added on zabihah. This is truly a hidden gem. I read reviews about it on other websites and was excited about trying somali food. Excellent staff, small but nice and clean dining area, delicious food, decent price, large portions. It has a very limited menu though. We tried 4 different items from the menu and all of them were excellent. Will definitely go back to this place inshallah. Brother Amood, the owner, very soft spoken and a friendly guy, even gave us a drive back to where our car was parked coz it was raining pretty hard. Everyone should try out this place and help them grow their business, specially with very limited halal options in milwaukee.
