The motivation behind creating a restaurant like Saffron is to present traditional Indian dishes with contemporary twists to New York's crowd. I appreciate the environment filled by nice music and warm lighting. It was a great time to enjoy as a group and share a meal together. I ordered the lamb kabob with garlic naan, and we were given a complementary galub jamun dessert. The service was kind and considerate of time! With how much food we got, it came out quickly. I recommend the server named Saiful😊
