Good quality afghani food. Price is comparable to Bamiyan and Kandahar in Scarborough and Markham. Good service and welcoming. Ample space for dine in. Situated in a plaza kn Kingston Rd, across the street from the walmart and home depot plaza.

The quality of the food was good. The service was fair. The taste was decent. They have quite a ways to go to catch up with some of the best Afghani food which Toronto/GTA has to offer. The minced meat kabobs need more onion and less baking soda. The filet mignon requires further marination both spice wise and time to marinade.

One of the best customer services among halal restaurants I have experienced and I have lived through out GTA and been to many famous as well as unknown Halal places. Food is very good and ambiance is very nice. I go there whenever I could. Great guys and very good food.

Belongs to the bottom tier of Afghan food in the city. Extremely underwhelming for those that want a satisfying meal. Clean place.

Not a fan of Afghan food usually but this tasted decent. Kababs not as dry as some other places.

This restaurant is totally worth it. Firstly I will say the staff is extremely friendly. Food is halal. The portions are good. Very clean and the food presentation is good. Their price is pretty even compared to the halal places around town, e.g. Bamiyan or any others..(its also similar Bamiyan kebob). Many people may not head to it as its situtated in a plaza but I could bet if he was around town or on a main street it would be busy here. I go there often and the owner always steps out to acknowledge the customers. Good dine in or take out. Recommend it!

I love this place! Very good food - fresh, delicious. They even ask you how you want the meat prepared. Reasonable prices.

Great Sultani and chicken breast. Enjoyed the rice, though it was a little oily. Very clean venue. Salad was quite disappointing and if they had better sauce theyd be very good.

We have been to Maimana twice so far and both time our experience was excellent. The place is super clean with beautiful art work from Afghanistan and the decor has a very original feel to it. The food is very good with options to select from fresh and healthy salads served with afghani style meats and wraps to traditional afghan food which is generally served with rice and naan. We have also tried their burgers which are delicious. The management is exceptionally good with kids which is a plus. Anyone living in Durham region should visit this new halal restaurant to welcome them in the halal restaurant community.

Meat was good, I had the Sultani. They need to come up with better sauces like Bamiyan and Kandahar Kabob. The naan was small and hard. Average afghani food.
