GoogleOrdered delivery from Pollo’s, and everything was generally quite tasty! The peasant potatoes and wings were amazing. The roasted chicken had great flavor on the skin, but it did not penetrate through to the breast meat. The breast meat was incredibly tough. I would recommend brining the chicken before roasting, so the flavors would penetrate through the meat instead of just the surface.
