Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status.. All food at this restaurant is certified halal.
Essentially Kurdish with a hint of Arabic/Persian cuisine. Come try the best Kabobs and Persian food in Albuquerque.

They sell alcohol and only Shishlik and boneless lamb is halal. Platter comes with house soup, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, and 1 cucumber yogurt. You have a choice between salad or rice but not both. Complimentary substitution for any of the platter sides is not allowed either. I tried Shishlik and it was ok. Shishlik is $14.99 and boneless lamb is $13.99. Based upon my experience this place is expensive and I may not go again.
I haven't eaten here, but I drove by last weekend (May 2014) and there is a big neon beer sign in the window. Most likely will never go there because of that.
I tried the lamb and I love it :)
Only lamb is halal all the time. You can get Halal chicken if you order ahead a day. It is the same place as Saffron.

Quality and delicious food. Very friendly service.

Kabob house is amazing! We love their food. The Kurdish bread was amazing. My favorite thing to order is the beef sultani. The kubideh is the best I’ve ever had. All the condiments compliment the food well. Order the Kurdish bread! One little issue is the tahdig was not crispy like it normally is but the brother food is so good!

Over priced ever since they moved location and switched names you are definitely getting robbed miss the unm area is a establishment "it is a Better area but they make it pricey" and they don't give u soup barley soup anymore seems greedy prices always raise..
