There are three different Burger Kings in Changi Airport (one near the arrivals, two near the departures). There are halal signs and certificates at at least one of the locations (check to make sure the one you go to is halal). The food is average American fast food, but it\'s a treat if you\'re not used to having halal fast food, and it\'s open 24 hours. They have some good drink and dessert options (try the taro pie).
