Hytyde Fish and Kebab commenced trade on the 28th of April 2012 at Highlands Shopping Centre situated on Grand Boulevard, Craigieburn. We have had extensive experience in running a fish and seafood eatery at Westfield Shopping Centre, Airport west in the past, as well as other businesses such as a Kebab outlet and a bakery/coffee shop. We are delighted to offer Craigieburn and the wider community with a store where our products are prepared on a daily basis. Our fish and seafood are fresh Australian and New Zeeland produce from the market daily. Our kebabs and salads are made ready every day. We pride ourselves in not only addressing our customers' taste-buds, but ensure that you get the healthiest produce as we use only 100% cottonseed oil which is cholesterol free.
