The food quality is consistently good and reasonably priced, offering solid value for money. However, the service experience significantly detracts from what could otherwise be an excellent establishment. Several staff members have been notably unaccommodating and dismissive, particularly when handling simple requests such as extra condiments. The reluctance to provide basic items, even when asked politely, creates an unnecessarily frustrating experience. If these items are truly in such short supply, the restaurant should consider offering them for purchase separately rather than making customers feel like they're imposing. What's particularly disappointing is the sense that the restaurant may be leveraging the limited halal dining options in the area, knowing customers have few alternatives. Regardless of market position, every customer deserves basic courtesy and respect. Good food alone doesn't compensate for poor service, hospitality should be a fundamental part of any dining experience.
