This is a historical place that every Berliner has heard of. In a year it will be 30 years anniversary. This can immediately tell you something about the bet. But all that can say is about grilled chicken. Of all the places I visited, we have grilled chicken, this is one of the best. Today I ran for a quick snack here with wings. At first, the service was not very good, I was ignored, although there was no queue, two minutes. Then, when my order was accepted, I stood waiting and was only told 3 minutes later that I had to wait at least 5 more minutes so that I could sit down and wait. And then it happened that I don’t like most of all in my order: the number of wings and legs was not uniform - 4:2 respectively. Me and my boyfriend love different parts of the wings so it’s perfect for us to divide into two. But here I felt deprived (now you know which part of the wings I like more). Sauces. First I tried the spicy sauce, because I’m a fan of spicy. It first gives more sweet and then opens pleasant notes of spiciness. Mayonnaise - tried and did not want to touch it anymore. Ketchup 7/10. Therefore, I left the spicy sauce completely empty, and I did not touch the other sauces anymore. In general, everything was okay, but it’s okay, not wow.
Ordered a whole chicken, which is better idea than a combo for us. It’s tasty, although afterwards feels a bit oily.
If you want to taste the best chicken with Arabic bread and French fries visit here. I think they serve the best hummus in Berlin. Friendly staff and I believe that, you will not find half chicken with garlic sauce, hummus, French fries and bread and all of them are mouth watering tasty for only 6 Euros anywhere in Berlin.
Incredible taste. Their special garlic chicken is just amazing. The aroma and the texture of the chicken are hard to describe. You just gotta go there and see it yourself. (You probably need to eat with your hands so be prepared 😅)
Great Juicy chicken. Maybe even one of the best I've tried. They dip the grilled chicken in a kinda garlicky chilly sauce and heat it up on a grill. The outcome are beautiful chard marks and a nice and hot chicken. Fries were crispy and well salted. Salad had nothing special. A little more zing would be nice. Overall best chicken in Berlin. Well done guys.
