According to the owner everything except deli products (roast beef, turkey, etc.) is Zabiha and Halal.

I haven't been to Olive Tree for sometime. The food is still outstanding. The chicken was tasty and perfectly seasoned. The salad and greens were fresh and crispy. I truly enjoyed the food. The servers were amazing, especially that my kids didn't know what they wanted and had lots of questions.
