GoogleBest place to stay! It all starts at the front desk, and James at the FD was fantastic!! James was immediately welcoming, friendly, great personality who had superb local recommendations. One of which was Patriot Shuttle to Busch Gardens. Selena, the breakfast Chef, made the best omelets and was so nice! Thank you Selena!! We look forward to staying here again!! Thank you again James for making our stay awesome!!

GoogleHotel is super clean and staffs are super friendly. Wow, the breakfast (cook to order omelettes are just delicious and the evening free cocktails is a must). Do tip the staffs cooks and bartenders they do everything to assure you are satisfied.

GoogleThe staff at the Embassy Suites was beyond amazing. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the staff got wind that several of the teams staying in their hotel had 8:00 am games. Which would have meant skipping breakfast to make it to the field on time. They started breakfast 30 minutes early each day so that the parents could grab some food and the players could get some healthy protein in them. That evening, they created a special drink for the younger crowd and allowed the soccer crew to take over one of the TVs in the atrium so we could watch the USMNT play. The property was well cleaned and maintained. The staff was friendly and anticipated needs. The beds were comfy and we were close to all the fields.

GoogleQuiet hotel close to a little of everything. The place needs a lot of updates. You can tell it has been there a while. Paint for starters. Lobby area was nice. Enjoy being able to have a hot breakfast. They will cook eggs to order! Do wish they had waffles. Staff for breakfast was friendly, helpful and attentive.

GoogleAt first glance the hotel is beautiful. Even the rooms appear very nice. I stayed here last with my wife and 20 year old daughter as my son is getting married this afternoon and we are from out of town. The noise from the atrium was quite loud at 10 pm, so we had to turn on a fan app to drown out the noise. When I got up early at 5:00 am, I realized that the shower had no hot water. Even after letting it run for 6 minutes. When I complained to the front desk lady, she said “sorry, our maintenance doesn’t arrive until 7am.” When I asked if I could use another room to shower, she said not unless they move us right then. I explained that my wife and daughter were still sleeping and would need a shower when they got up to get ready for the wedding. She told me that she could not allow us into another room until after we were all up and could move us out of that room. Very disappointed that accommodations could not be made in this case. Not sure we will be coming back to this Hilton.
