GoogleI would like to give a big thank you to the respiratory nursing team at Arbroath Infirmary. Rachel, Emily, Lynn, Deirdre and Caroline,. These nurses were excellent at delivering pulmonary rehab at the Saltire sports centre We were made welcome from the start and encouraged to use the weights and equipment correctly for various exercises. The warm ups and cool downs were fun. We were given lots of good advice, information and ideas on coping with COPD. This pulmonary rehab course has made a big difference to my quality of life. My breathing and mobility have greatly improved. Thank you so much Rachel, Emily, Lynn. Deidre and Nicola.
