The place sells alcohol (they kind of hide it, you see them only if you ask or peep into the fridge). But they do have a visible SILA certificate on the wall. The food is pretty good (one of the few halal places in Zurich).

A wonderful dining experience. Food was good. We were served by the owner Nidal al-Bashtawi. He even served us mint tea after the meal.

GoogleThe food is average at best... I was most disappointed at the hummus, which had almost no taste, and the main dish, which was not very authentic (I've been to Lebanon multiple times. Here they add potatoes to all dishes and I did not like the spices they used for the meat). The Muhammara, however, was very good. I would give it 2 stars if it wasn't for the good service!
