Established in 1996 and located in Kirkland, WA. Kabab House is the first authentic Pakistani Halal restaurant in the greater Seattle area. Under new ownership as of 2020, we promise to continue providing all of our customers with the authentic Pakistani taste that is hard to find nowadays. Everything is fresh and Halal so come on in and give us a try!
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From the management: 'Alhamdulillah all food we prepare is authentic and certified Halal, made by muslim chefs'
Score reflects a halal certificate on file.
Food is okay, definitely not as good as the reviews made it sounds. Seemed more like a home cooked meal, not good quality restaurant food. The atmosphere wasn\'t the greatest. There are plenty of places to sit, at least when we went. But everything from the seating to the walls seems a bit tacky.
Food was amazing. Service was great. I would absolutely love to come back some day.
Definitely the best authentic Pakistani food...the owner is from Karachi ...we ordered chicken karahi and chicken biryani just to be on the safe side after reading all the mixed reviews ...but it was the most pleasant surprise...it's a small place in a shopping strip ...not much ambience but the food was amazing and just what we were looking for ...tried few other places while we were in Seattle but by far this was the best out of all very fresh naans and roti...a must try!
this place have pretty good selection. We had a group of 8 people, it took a little while but when food came in we were really happy.
Excellent food .we ordered Goat Karahi , chicken biryani and Chick peas . All were very delicious
Ate here today with a party of 6. Service was a little slow but the food was awesome. We ordered nehari, chicken karhai, goat biryani and kebob combo platter. It's rare that a restaurant serves everything so well made including their Naan. Lower than average ambience.
Tried Chicken Karahi which was Excellent. Serving was very good. Naan were fresh. Tab came out around $18, which I thought was on the high side.
Tried their chholay and chicken Karahi. Both were very tasty and naan was very soft and fresh.
Nice owners and good food. I believe it is all halal but ask.
haven't managed to taste biryani. but the rest is so so. but better than most other restaurants in the area. I like their goat karahi. it is not really karahi, but decent.
Love chicken Karahi, dum biryani and nihari. Highly recommend chai too!
Kabab House is run by Ibrahim and recently relocated to Kirkland from downtown Seattle. This is the same Kabab House that used to be in Greenwood - people used to drive there from the Eastside. Not any more! You can now dine here and enjoy their delicious biriyani's right here on the Eastside!
Stopped by Kabab House on a week night for dinner. There have alot of seating so getting a spot was not an issue. We ordered their chicken seekh kebab and goat biryani along with dum chai. The seekh kebab was flavorful but ive certainly had better. The goat biryani was delicious and the goat pieces would melt in your mouth and it was perfectly marinated meat. I ordered their dum chai but I guess I got the regular chai which tasted a little watered down but was still decent not bad. Now I will give them 10/10 for their service. So we had asked for spicy goat biryani but apparently they messed it up and made regular so the person stopped by informed us and said they are remaking the spicy goat biryani and would like to compensate for this slow service by offering dessert on the house. While it was not needed, it was certainly appreciated. They got us rasmalai which was good. I have been here before and felt the food during my prior visits was a tad bit better as compared to today. All in all good food, pocket friendly and great service. The ambience is basic and they have ample parking atleast at night. Would recommend if in the area.
