I don't usually leave reviews but I believe this is not acceptable. I went to this shop to drop off a parcel because this place is in the list of drop off points in the royal mail website. First, I had to wait as the person before me was making a big scene (and it is what it is, not staff's fault if a customer misbehaves) but when it was my turn, the guy behind the counter asked me if I could've come back tomorrow as he didn't know how to do that. I tried to insist as there was a lable on the side stating that they do offer this service and he said "I'm new, I don't know how to do it". I then decided to leave and reach the second closest drop off point, where there was an older guy than the previous one and a little boy, and both of them knew how to deal with it, and now that I've seen it, I know too and I can go back to your shop and explain your staff members how to do it. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it!
