The lady who works behind the counter is a serious jerk. Screwed up my order on more than one occasion. When called and informed that they forgot to include part of our order she accused us of lying. Ugh! Their food is just an oily crapfest. The naans and chicken tikka (dry, not masala) are just ok. I'm convinced they're still in business only because there is nothing better in the area.

Service is horrible and concept of customer service has no place here. Food is horrible and not fresh.

Food is not always fresh, servers are rude to very rude especially the young guy). We only keep going back for their naan. The chef Aalam is the only nice guy around there.

Not really a family sit down to eat kinda place- though they do have tables and chairs. Mostly seen single brothers eating here. Most people do take out-- their sesame naan are the best anywhere! Their kababs are too spicy though, and can't really comment on their main dishes...we've only tried their Haleem and chanay, and they were okay. Prices are reasonable. Overall, we order naan from here to eat with our homemade dishes, and occasionally kababs/Haleem in emergencies when there's no other option for dinner.
