We asked the works who appeared Muslim and they assured us everything is Halal. The falafel was "ok", Kibbe was very expensive, but the Shwarma and their plates were just fantastic.
Ordered a $4.00 falafel from here. I didn't see a halal sign or anything. The tahini dressing in the falafel sandwich was very bitter so I never went back to try anything else.
Chicken Sharma was really good and well priced!
I love this place! I always order the veggie platter with pickles for pickup. Food tastes amazing and you get so much for a good price!
LOVE their falafel platter!! It is honestly the best falafel that I've ever had. 10/10!
We ordered falafel sandwiches for family. Falafel balls were stale and refried. Pita Bread was not heated. It sucked.
If you're looking for a low-key spot to enjoy some delicious falafel in Jersey City, look no further than Ibby’s Falafel. I recently stopped by and tried their famous falafel sandwich, and it did not disappoint! The flavors were outstanding, especially with the option to add their spicy sauce—definitely a must-try. As I walked by, the aroma wafting from the place was irresistible. I also noticed their pita chips and baklava on the menu, which I’ll have to come back for next time. Overall, a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal! Highly recommend!
