We were in Lake Delton for a conference and visited this place last night. The food was really good, especially the chicken tikka and the sikh kabob. However, when I asked about the owner I was told he's not a Muslim. None of the staff are Muslims apparently. So I asked about the halalness of their food and why they have it. The waiter said "most, actually all of the meat suppliers are Muslims no matter where you are in the US." He especially emphasized the chicken and the lamb being supplied by Muslim farmers. Considering a lack of Muslim employment at this establishment, the fact that alcohol is freely displayed and served, and a sketchy answer about their halalness I seriously think that their source and supplier should be found out and contacted which I could not do. May be someone local to the area can do so. These are my opinions and I leave each reader to make their own judgment on whether they should eat here or not. The rating is based on quality of food and service both of which were great.
