I love their Palak Paneer and Makhni Daal - delicious! But Muslims should know the Bombay Bhel at the Erin Mills location DOES NOT serve Halal Chicken or Lamb. Only their BEEF dishes are halal. I spoke with the supplier today (Pak-Madina Halal Meats) who confirmed that the Erin Mills location only gets Halal Beef. The Hurontario location gets Halal chicken, lamb and beef. Hope this helps.

The best Indian (not Pakistani) restaurant in the GTA. @beretta1 - just because you don't believe a restaurant to be halal, doesn't actually make it so. This place is Halal. The owners can show you their halal certificate anytime.

Halal? really? This site has become a joke now. How is Bombay Bhel halal? zabihah.com has a responsibility to verify halal status of a restaurant 100% before putting it on their website. I don't believe that this a halal establishment.
