The owners are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status.. All food at this restaurant is certified halal.
Clay Oven! Clay Oven derives its name from Tandoor, which is used in traditional Punjabi/North Indian cooking and baking. Food cooked in Clay Oven is authentic and emits unique aroma - a taste that is impossible to duplicate! Cooking in clay is one of the oldest techniques for cooking exotic meals.

Ordered a Chicken Tikka for take away and when I opened it, most pieces were reheated and were hard like rock. It has happened more then once with take away for me. Even the Naans some times were reheated with strange smell. I wont recommend this place for takeaway at least.
the food is no doubt excellent but i am confused on it beng a halal restaurant.i enquired about the meat too and i am not satisfied with the halal status yet...i hope what i had is halal
Curriez re-invented under new ownership. Just opened a week ago. Ordered Chicken Bhuna. Excellent taste. Large portions. FIVE big stars for authenticity of the dish. Verbal confirmation that meat is Halal and referenced two local Halal meat shops. One owner is Hindu, the other from Punjab. I was not able to ascertain that actual dish served is Halal.
