Was in Bath and located this place for lunch. Halal sign on the first floor (alcohol is served). Food was good and was rather fast. Expensive (£24 for 3 food items and 2 drinks) but for a place like Bath, you have limited choice really. Beautiful ballroom. If you could catch their course meal between 12 to 2.30pm, it'd be more worth it.
