I hand slaughter the lambs and goats on a weekly basis. And hand slaughter beef if someone were to order the whole, half or quarter of a cow. We do purchase zabihah halal beef for our steaks, ground beef, and stew meat.'

About Gridley Meats

Gridley Meats Inc is now providing Zabiha Halal meat for the local communities. They have purchased a meat processing shop in November 2011 and have purchased equipment (table saw, meat grinder and more) that will be exclusively used for their Halal division. They have been working with local farmers to supply them with chemical free lambs, goats, and beef that can be slaughterered. Please call ahead to place your order or visit at the location 20 minutes north of Bloomington on Route 24 between I-39 and I-55.
