Called customer service and they confirmed, but not everything is halal, you can only order halal if u pick up in store no halal orders are taken over the phone, excellent chicken

June 29, 2025 ⭐️ I went to Pizza Pizza for a quick meal and ordered a large pizza over the phone as soon as I parked out front. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting nearly 30... double the time. What made it worse was seeing at least six staff working in the back, yet no urgency or explanation for the delay. When I finally got my pizza, I opened the box to find several slices missing pepperoni. I was told the toppings were "tucked between the slices" a poor excuse. Maybe invest in a sharper cutter instead of rushing out sloppy orders. Ironically, the pizzas on display for single-slice orders looked far better than mine. This visit reminded me why I haven’t been to Pizza Pizza in years. The quality and care in preparing orders seriously needs improvement, as does the wait time. The restaurant was clean, and they do carry Kawartha ice cream, which is a nice touch, but when there are so many pizza places to choose from, service and consistency need to be much better.
