Came to this place as it was near the airport. Had a cheeseburger. Given all the great burger places in Toronto the bar is really high. This place is very good but not the best. Would recommend. ***Update: returned to this spot on a recent visit. was impressed by the makeover of the restaurant décor. The burgers have also elevated since my last visit. I enjoyed the ability to super customize my burger the way I wanted it.

I\'ve tried both the Juicy Lucy and The Utility. The former was ok, not much going on. The latter was terrible, and the bread was just much too soggy. I don\'t understand what all the hype is with this place. There are plenty of better burger joints in the GTA.

Came here because all of the positive reviews... Have had quite a few halal burgers in the GTA and abroad now and I must say a bit disappointed. Price is pretty standard around 10 bucks for a combo. Reasonable clean and decent service. But.....Burgers are pre-made (likely frozen) so not fresh. Pretty dry meat with no seasoning at all! Given the availability of much better quality/taste available these days (hero burger, burgernator, big smoke, mo's, jacksons burgers, etc) would not come back.

Excellent food, very reasonable price. Very tiny store could seat about 15-20ppl. Also be prepared to wait about 10min for your food. It is well worth the wait. Also have halal beef bacon which is a must have on any burger

Went here recently for lunch after Jummah. Tight space inside for seating. Tried the \"Juicy Lucy on Fire\" which is a Halal Beef Patty stuffed with Mozarella Cheese and Jalapenos. Also had Poutine on the side. Everything was very good. The only thing which was slightly off was the bun, it was not strong enough for all the toppings and juiciness so got pretty soggy at the bottom. If they are able to get better (stronger) buns, then this would be a near perfect burger! The prices are a little on the high side, but the burgers are huge, so you do get your money\'s worth.

Was on a business trip and needed something to eat, luckily I had gotten addresses in advance and stopped in at Burger Factory. Overall their burgers are great but I found them a bit dry. However as it is halal, and there are ZERO burger places that are good in Vancouver, you really can\'t complain. Seating is very nice though not a lot and I went the day after Eid as well and it was PACKED. Took almost 1-hour for my order but they had 3 large orders totaling about 30 burgers with all the fixings (fries, onion rings etc.,). I didn\'t get a chance to try their Juicy Lucy (burger with cheese inside) and will do so next time I\'m in Toronto. I\'d highly recommend them!

Best burgers in Mississauga! Juicy and delicious, my favourite has to be the Juicy Lucy. Great range of toppings and condiments available. Really happy with this place, but beware of the prices!

Big Juicy Juicy Lucy (JL) is probably the best this place has to offer. While quality of other patty has been slightly inconsistent (probably due to new faces behind the counter), with a modest selection of standard condiments, the meat is this place's biggest strength. Juicy Lucy with its cheese filled center helps retain the moisture and makes for a very satisfying burger. Seating options aren't great and might not accommodate a large party. Would recommend the JL for anyone who has not tried it.

First visit here. The food was delicious. Prepared hot and fresh. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Definitely a repeat. The Tornado Chip Fries were very tasty. Will give the funnel cake a try net time.

Small shop in in same plaza as Bamiyan, went there on a Saturday night, very busy since they take phone orders as well. Lady making food dropped our order and it took longer to make it after she found it. She handled it nicely and stepped up and apologized and then gave us some extra sides. Food was really good. Would go there again.

Best burger in town in my opinion. Menu lacks options and variety but it serves its purpose of a burger-spot very well! Very limited seating area though...maybe about 10 chairs. 'Juicy Lucy' is a different take on burgers but I usually go for the super-filling 'Compressor'. Most single-patty burgers are $7 and approx. $10 for dual-decker burgers, so it isn't exactly a cheap burger but I would say you get what you pay for.

The best thing about this place is that the burgers are really top-notch. The downside are the higher prices (lowest priced burger starts at $5), lack of seating and limited menu. Customer service can be slow since the burgers need atleast 5-7 minutes of preparation time, so if there is a crowd, it could be a long wait.

The Good: The burger was tasty. The establishment was clean. The Bad: Buns are standard buns from a grocery store. I mean seriously? Cost was very high. Portions were small.

Looks like no one have tasted a great juicy burger. I went there yesterday based on reviews, what a disappointment. I ordered hamburger+fries+drink = 9$ Place is ok for take out only, sitting is not so great Regular bun Ground beef looked fresh, Only best thing IMO Condiments were not so fresh Fried were pre-cooked and they just put them back in frying machine to warm them this make them more oily. quantity of fries was smaller than other places drink and fries cost 2.99 WAY over priced Now the burger, it was dry, I mean very dry. I asked for only onion and little bit mayo so that I can enjoy taste of meat but the patty was hopeless. People who rave about their burgers either did not have a great burger before or their bar for great burger is way lower. Compare this with Heroes, price is same, you get more fries and bigger glass of drink with free refill. compare with fish burger at mac or BK, still cheaper than this place and good value for money compare this place with Other joints in the same plaza, for 9$ other places offer more food and more value to the meal will not go there since other options are great at the same plaza and else where

Like Samuel L Jackson said: Mmm hmm...that is one tasty burger! The Juicy Lucy was great. Their poutine was plentiful and perfect. My friend's burger seemed to have more cheese injected into it than mine, but I'm not complaining. The price is a little on the high end. The funnel cake is great, but not Canada's Wonderland great. They just dont give enough ice cream and they need to bring out more flavours than just strawberry. Place is really small, but we got seats so no problem - cant say much for the crowd of 20 that came in after us though. I would eat here again, but maybe pass on the funnel cake.

Solid tasting burgers. Located in the same strip mall as Bamiyan and Popeye's (and many other halal restaurants). I recommend this place.

Amazing burgers.. I beleive this is second branch of Big Moe's in Scarborough... Fresh beef burgers made in front of you.. Although the place has little seating and would prefer take outs. Definitely worth the visit and trying out :)

I've visited this place a few times now. The burgers are really good. The only problem I have with this place is that there isn't alot of seats. If you come to this location I suggest getting the food to go.

I've had the "Juicy Lucy" burgers at their sister location in Scarborough (Big Moe's) and so I decided to try the Chicken Filet. A great burger, especially with their special sauce. Also got poutine fries which my wife loves and a funnel cakes with the works -- simply delicious. Now that they're open in the west-end, I'll be sure to visit more often. Brother Mohammed was running the show and he was very professional and friendly.

This is exactly what was missing from the GTA area, especially the peel region. This place specializes in burgers and makes a patty that simply melts in your mouth from scratch. The amazing food is complimented by very friendly service. They don't have a large sitting area, so take outs would be your best bet. However, there is sufficient place for a small number of couples and small families to dine in. If juicy burgers rock your boat, then this place is a must visit!

The burgers here are simply fantastic. They have that true hamburger taste that 99% of other joints simply don't offer. After my first visit, I came back with my family only 2 days later because I wanted them to share the experience. The owner is super-friendly and when I asked him about where he buys his meat from, he was very open and honest and told me that he only buys hand-slaughtered halal meat. He buys his chicken from Al-Amin and the beef from Al-Zahra.
