GoogleWhat can I say... Exquisite from start to finish. 11 courses, all lovingly crafted and beautifully presented on the plate. The attention to detail and passion of the chef shines throughout, with unique flavour profiles blending the best of Japan with fine Italian cuisine. All gluten free, although you honestly wouldnt know it with reagrds to taste or texture. This isnt a place to go because you have to due to dietary requirements, this is dining at its best and should be appreciated by all. To top it off, the service and friendliness of the owners was nothing short of perfect. 10/10 and worth every penny, it was the best meal of a trip that was filled with great food across the country.
