Possibly not zabihah halal. Saw meat coming from Sams Club. My friend saw it first and I went to hold the door open as the employee dragged the cart in with the packaged sams club "membersmark" meat. I checked with sams to see if they repackaged from a halal source, but they do not(some locations do repackage halal meat but do not list it). Sam's meat is sourced from Tyson. I then tried to call the owner to ask about source of meat and if he was getting it from sams. He was offended, told me to not eat at his restaurant if I don't trust him, and did not provide proof of purchase from halal vendor. If he was halal, I feel he'd be open and transparent rather than short tempered. He also said it was possible that his employee bought it for themselves, but that was way too much meat for one person or family. After that he also said he can't control what his employees do and he was tired of the accusations. So I wasn't the first person to ask? It is possible it was supplement meat and the majority is halal? Still does not make it right for the meat to be sometimes halal. I am sorry to everyone who loved this place, I am disappointed.

Best place for halal burgers in the GSO area. Good variety of burgers, kebabs, shawarma and sandwiches. The prices are quite low and portion size is good. It was a bakery so not so fancy with the ambience. Its an all halal menu and definately a must visit place for halal food in the greensboro area.

A go-to place in Greensboro. The ambiance is simple and the food is flavourful, well prepared. A chance to do some (not all) grocery shopping. Will go again to try other food items.

Amazing food. The burgers, shawarmas and steak and cheese sandwiches are awesome. I haven't tried the kabobs, but my family says they are good. Portions are very big and prices are reasonable. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in the area. The only thing that would make it better is if they made their own pita/naan in store. After all it IS a bakery and they make other breads there.

Best middle eastern food. Lamb skewers and mixed platter are the best. 5 stars for friendly service as well.

I eat only halal and that remains my main concern. I checked with them when I ate and Turkey and some beef item were not halal. Besides that, food is good and the platter is of pretty good size.

I work in Greensboro and often go here for lunch. Food here is great. Huge seating area. People are very nice. I personally do not eat non-Zabihah meat so the owner confirmed that there are few meat items that are non-Zabihah. You can check before ordering if that is a concern for you. From the bakery side, you must try the coconut cooke (don't know the exact name). It is delicious. Great place for families as well.
