Ordered a couple of times now, food doesn't disappoint, received within 25 minutes, hot and spicy food portion good.
Hadn't heard of the guys before, came to the rescue delivering my food close to 1am and it was incredible food, they didn't miss any of my requests for sauces/salt&vinegar either. Cheese was actually melted onto the chips which was perfect, burger was perfect and the stuffed crust pizza amazing also. Definitely ordering again
Never again. Be careful before ordering, otherwise you’ll end up with this kind of experience. I ordered a doner & burger worth of £47 ) and there was no option whatsoever to choose sauce or salad on the system. I even have a screen recording to prove it. When I called the restaurant, the staff first insisted I had to select it. When I asked him to show me where, he changed his statement and said, “You have to write it if you need.” On top of that, his attitude was incredibly rude — telling me “this is how people eat doner.” On what earth does a doner come without salad or sauce? Another staff member then shrugged it off saying “that’s past now, what do you want me to do, give you sauce and salad?” I returned all the food, but still no customer service, no apology, nothing. If this is how you treat paying customers, then keep your rude attitude at home. Remember, we pay — that’s how your business runs.
I asked for chips and cheese with extra cheese and garlic mayo. I paid for the extra cheese and the sauce is clearly burger sauce. Unfortunately I didn't check until I got home but I shouldn't have to. Such a simple order but clearly too difficult for the staff. I hope they can improve and learn send out basic orders soon without customers having to check.
Great place to get a quick takeaway. The owner I presume Zak is not the friendliest person but seemed to understand my allergy to seafood and fish but did not seem to be taking us seriously at first. The kebab was way better than expected and was loaded with meat and salad and a wonderful tasting. We asked them to cut it in half a first for Zac. The fries were hot and crunchy. A most get the garlic bread it was so tasty. Definitely stop the food is good and and 2 plastic tables are available to eat there.
