This is a solid go to burger spot for people who only eat halal in financial district. They have a great variety of burgers, salads and even cheesesteaks! I usually get the chicken salad which comes with walnuts but the ziggy bowl is my go to. Lots of seating inside too! I

A five stars rating says it all. HALAL sign up front needless to question, clean, good service, variety food spread and most importantly good food. Drove 1.5hrs twice just to eat here.

One of best burgers i have had in the Bay area. Had their South of the border burger after reading the reviews. Only thing that you need to know is that South of the Border comes by default with corned beef, which is not Halal, but the server was gracious enough to know that and recommended the same one with beef patty. The serving was quite reasonable and prices was a wee bit high but the taste more than justified it.

Clean--YES---Close to At&T Park, a Giants game and a burger...nothing wrong with that. Skinny fries---yes---onion rings--doughy and hot. Got 2 drinks, 2 fries and 2 regular burgers. Broke the bank...yowzers. PS the Giants won that day, it was a great day with a Ziggy burger and a win.

Really liked this place. It's hard to find halal places that are not in a shady area but this place is definitely an exception. Great food at a really nice location. Love dining in with my friends.

We were visiting from New York, the food capital of the world, and I just had the best sandwich I've EVER had at any restaurant. It was the Chimichurri Cheesesteak sandwich at Ziggy Burger. My wife had a chicken sandwich with avocado which was also delicious. The garlic fries were an added plus to our meal. It is important to point out that what is noted about the menu being partial halal isn't accurate. All items on the menu are halal minus the turkey burger. Omar was our server and was very helpful. He answered any questions that we had regarding Zabihah and was very accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that all customers were happy. If you are in the San Francisco area, this is a spot that you must go to. It is located in the heart of SF close to the Embarcadero Centers, and is a nice restaurant to sit down in with friends or family.

I tried the Ziggy burger and Philly Cheese Steak with fries and onion rings over 4th of July weekend. Everything was EXCELLENT. Both burger and philly cheese steak were delicious. Philly cheese steak was not your traditional cheese steak, but it was delicious. The onion rings and fries were good too.

I have only visited once. I tried the Ziggy burger and Philly Cheese Steak with fries and onion rings. Everything was EXCELLENT. Get the burger. The burger was the best. The onion rings and fries were good too. The portions were a good size. The price is a little high, but considering the quality it is decent. I can't wait to go back. It said halal on the menu.

It's not often that you see a restaurant with an average rating of 5 stars and where all the reviews say the same thing. We went to ziggys yesterday and the reviews were spot on! My wife and I had the ziggys burger and the steak and cheese sandwich. They were absolutely delicious. What a great place!

Burgers were juicy and fresh and the restaurant is very clean and looks professional. over the menu stated the beef and lamb was halal. i was told you need to request your burger be made halal since some ingredients may not be, including the turkey and a topping on the south of the border burger. please update to partial halal menu.

Me and my husband went to Ziggy's tonight, based on the reviews on Zabihah.com and I have to say, this place is truly awesome. I had chimichuri steak burger and my husband had south of the border and we shared garlic fries. My burger was so full of steak pieces that I had to take almost one third out of the bun to fit it in my mouth. Large portions, and good quality ingredients sums it up. We loved our food so much that we ordered extra burger to go for next day's lunch. I highly recommend this place

The ambiance is beautiful and modern to begin with. The location is right next to the San Francisco Piers, perfect for anybody touring the city. As far as the burgers goes. I tried the Lamb and Standard Burger with Garlic Skinny Fries, enough for 4 people to share. Overall it was pretty good and would come here again with friends and family, if I ever visit San Francisco.

Awesome burgers. Solid patties. You can order off the menu. Ask for a double cheeseburger with an egg on op. You won't regret it! Great place for halal burgers, not that frozen BS.

This has to be one if the best restaurants in SF. I have tried the chimichurri burger and the Ziggy burger. Both were good, but the Ziggy burger was OUT OF THIS WORLD! A flavor explosion in the mouth. The owner was very nice and service was prompt. The creme brûlée was a nice to finish off the meal. When we asked, we were told everything was halal except the south of the border burger, but they could make it halal if we wanted.

what an awesome place. Super cool design, USA diner meets carnival decor. Clean, wifi, and amazing burgers. Tasty and juice, full of flavour. Not sure about other reviews complaining about soggy fries, our (sweet potato) fries were perfect. If i had more days in San Francisco i'd definitely revisit! Note: Their South of the Border burger contained some beef chorizo is not halaal or zabiha. I never knew this but the guy at the counter (he was muslim) informed us that he wont include this as its not for us muslims.

modern typical california style restaurant with hard wood floors and clean bathrooms. large halal sign. people behind the counter were very nice and pleasant. standard burger was good, though beef patty could have been a little thicker - all ingredients were very fresh including the bun. we asked for crispy fries which were very tasty - as a previous reviewer said they were soggy. all plates and utensils were plastic/disposable - not a big issue. $28 for two people. though we are just visiting for a week in SF, we plan to eat here again before leaving iA.

Tried the standard burger with cheese. It was good. The fries looked greasy and soggy; almost as if it was undercooked. Confirmed with the owner that everything is halal except the turkey and their "south of the border" burger, however, you can substitute the chorizo patty with a halal one and order it that way. The place is clean and spacious, and the service is not bad--they bring the food to your table. This place is close to work, so I'll be coming here a lot and trying their other items like sandwiches and kabab plates. If you're in the financial district and are craving a halal burger, you can't go wrong here. Just ask for extra crispy fries.

Halal Burgers from Harris Ranch. Tried the Ziggy Standard Burger with Swiss Cheese and curly fries on the side. The Burger was pretty good, but the fries were a little soggy. Interior of this place is nice and the service is friendly. Parking in this area is difficult, but there are metered spots and parking garages nearby.

From a collegue who saw the halal word on this place's menu board, I checked this place out for lunch today. There's limited choices of halal food in financial district, what more halal american food like burgers! I had their ziggy's burger with sweet fries as side. It's a big burger for me, I was almost full after having half of it and stopped at 3/4 of the burger, definitely can fill u up pretty good. The burger tasted great and the sweet fries was a perfect add on! For a lunch of $10 in the financial district, I can never ask for more. They open for dinner too and it's right across the street from Embarcadero bart. They're not on zabihah, if not I could have found them earlier. I've added them in so everyone can spot this place and try it out, InsyaAllah worth it! The cashiers are very friendly too :)
