About Colorado Grill

The Colorado Grill Fresno was founded in 1998 by Ali and Debbie Nekumanesh in the town of Fresno, California. Colorado Grill has been the receipient of numerous awards from the California Restaurant Association, Fresno Bee People's Choice, Fresno Magazine, and many other consumer reviews, going neck and neck with the so called "Big Guns", and staying the course through serving its guests with the best in quality food and courteous service. In December 2001 the restaurant was totally destroyed by a fire, closing the business down for a period of eight long months, reopening in August 2002. Today, the Colorado Grill Fresno and Clovis locations are well known for the great tasting, fresh, never frozen gourmet burgers, as well as other delicacies offered on their menu. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is good, and the service surpasses expectations. Currently, there are two locations, one at 46 E. Herndon Ave. in Fresno, and the second location at 1207 Willow Ave. in Clovis.

This place has award winning burgers, unfortunately the halal burger is not among them as it is made from frozen patties. Very underwhelming experience, especially when my expectation was to eat a zabihah burger so good it was wearing medals.

Our first time eating here and everything was absolutely amazing. My husband ordered a full rack of ribs and they did not disappoint when I say they fell off the bone we didn’t even have to chew them. My son got kids spaghetti and he loved it also I ordered chicken Alfredo and the chicken was so tender and flavorful. I highly recommend eating here if you haven’t.

Went here tonight for dinner and it was so good. My husband and I went to the Kentucky location yesterday and wanted to try this one. It did not disappoint. We ordered the steak with side salads and Mac and cheese. All was above expectations and priced fairly.

This is our second year going to Colorado Grill as a church group that travels from Georgia once a year. This restaurant has the BEST food, service and atmosphere! We go in large groups and they have been accommodating and pleasant each time! The manager Ben even took the time to see to us, make sure things were going great and laughed and talked with us like he knew us for years! I would recommend this place to everyone to try and you will see for yourself! Best customer service, friendly waiters/waitresses, real down home hospitality! If the world is still here next October we will definitely be back! LOVE IT!

Red headed bartender is clearly on drugs, forgot our order. Still had to pay..waited 2 hrs for 2 salads and chicken tenders for the kids. Get the food..it’s cold. We are done. Numerous experiences like this. We are done.
