I made a booking for a delivery for 1 Item and was collected by this person's registration ITALO - PK73KLO - Yamaha GPD125 N - Max. I booked at 11.44am which was an estimated 15mins journey on Uber Eats which turnt to 40mins where I contacted the driver and kindly asked if they could make a U turn onto the road behind them and their response was the food would be damaged before hanging up. After an hour they arrived and cancelled the order with no one in sight. Called the store which is Aldermans Hill Subway which went straight to voicemail as called unrecognised. Definitely never ordering from there again and the customer service is poor.
