Yesterday I called and say salam an asked every food is Halal there. The person who attend the phone was so angry and did not reply to my question and said why I am asking about Halal and then hang up. this type of behaviour is unaccepted. You must be more professional and rely all the question asked. Then I decided with such type of attitude better not to go.

The address isn't correct. I drove to the address given above and found a Vegetarian restaurant instead of Afghan Chopaan

Sitting area is nice. Only downside is that this place does not serve fresh nans, rather Calgary made Afghan bread which is also cold. When asked owner told it is his policy. He does not have clay oven, so no fresh nans. Food was good, but little cold. Place to be once in a while.

New to Edmonton to trying a lot of different places. Found this gem. Nice seating area. Prompt service. The server did try to push me towards the Chappal Kebabs, I opted for the chicken skews. Came with Nan and Rice. I have never ever tasted anything like this. Moist, melt in your mouth chicken. Well seasoned rice. Not spicy but so nice, very very good. Only odd thing was the black seeds on the Nan (never know why a lot of people do that to a prefect nan) will tell them next time. Will be visiting with family and friends again
