Owners Ehab and Paula Radwan take pride in serving delicious cuisine, in a setting offering great service with a relaxing atmosphere. Chef Ehab is proud to share some of the flavours from his part of the world, Alexandria, Egypt. Paula manages the restaurant and was happy to open up something new and exciting in her city, Saint John.

We were visting St John, NB this summer and went to this restaurant. Highly recommended halal food restaurant. Great tatsy food, interesting egyptian ambiance. Owners are nice people and love there work, specially the sweet chatty lady.

Excellant food, probably the only halal sit down place in St John, the food is also reasonably priced.

A full restaurant was in the process. When I was there they started with biryani and they are moving towards kabobs etc. The biryani was good, environment is nice except for the shisha smoke. A welcoming sight for Saint John growing Muslim populations.

GoogleThat’s the best shawarma mix grills hands down. I was in St John for work related purposes when I encountered Taste of Egypt. I immediately decided to try it and it didn’t let me down. The staff was absolutely Friendly, and the chef was super knowledgeable. In fact he recommended me this plate, and it was a bless. Mix grill of chicken, beef rice and salad. Every time was cooked to perfection, both chicken and beef were super tasty, the salad was delicious and everything was just right. Definitely going back if I go to St. John again l.
