Karim Meats

My favorite meat store so far in Edmonton. Owner also runs Mama Donair at WestEd Mall. Accommodating when I ask things like getting specific cuts of meat or taking skin off chicken or ordering turkeys for American thanksgiving (off-season here!)... The answer is always yes. Not really a grocery store but have decent variety of meat.

Really disappointed. We always loved their meet and they’re always our stop for halal meat. But this time it was very unexpected. We bought ground beef as it shows in the picture the top of the container had fresh nice meat just as a sprinkle to hide the old meat inside . Bottom had old meat. We got little bit of fresh meat with all old meat. Either way I cooked and that meat was very bad. Most of the meat were bad. It’s very misleading and dishonest behaviour.
