Rashay's Hume Hwy opened its doors in May 2001 under the name Euro Bar & Restaurant; however the owners realising the popularity of the Rashay's Brand renamed the restaurant in May 2005 to Rashay's Licensed Cafe, now known as Rashay's on Hume Hwy.
