every time I went to this place the food was excellent the service was great everything is cooked fresh to order I always go to this place when I'm over in burien

I'm not sure why people give them 5 stars. We wait more then an hour to get our bad food. Even it came without forks. Super super bad. Absolutely I don't recommend any one go there. Zero star.

The nearest halal place in Southwest Seattle, where I was staying, this is a great little joint in a strip mall. The food is great, mostly of Middle Eastern variety, so don\'t forget to try the shawarma plate. It was nice to see that they are very busy but they do seem to be short-staffed. They need at least another pair of hands. So some delays are to be expected. Please be patient with them. The food is worth it.

I have been craving a gyro and meaning to try a different restaurant closer to downtown Burien. I stumbled across Mawadda Cafe while checking reviews and decided to try them instead. I'm very glad I did. I ordered the Gyro sandwich and regular fries via an app. When I arrived, I found a comfortable space with ample seating, clean and well lit. I was greeted immediately and my order was brought out shortly after. When I got home and unpacked everything, I was immediately impressed. The gyro was full of fresh toppings but not overly smothered in sauce and the fries were plentiful and well seasoned. I was very pleased. Based on this experience, I'll absolutely be back soon.

☕️ Let me start off by saying I haven’t been here in over 3 weeks. But I decided to try a few other Mediterranean places near my new apartment because I just moved and Burien is now over 45 minutes away from me. After 4 different restaurants I have decided Mawadda Cafe is the best I’ve had and is worth the 45 minute drive. I will be back and I can’t wait. Needless to say If you’re looking for great Mediterranean food, this is the place.?️???

Marian the server was exceptional with her service and food suggestions and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hidden jewel in Burien.

I loved the service, Maryam was our server and she was very talkative and kind. We will for sure be coming back, food was also delicious!!
