I went there again today (April 3rd, 2026), and the doner kebab was top-notch as always and absolutely delicious. I can't understand why they ran out of basic supplies like napkins. What I find worse, however, is that you can't pay with a debit card for purchases under €10, especially since you've been able to pay for a bread roll without cash in the bakery itself since the pandemic. I have no idea who decided that or why, but it's completely absurd and customer-unfriendly! I was there for the opening, a huge event with a wait (but that was to be expected at a price of 1 cent including ayran), and I went again later. The owner and staff were friendly. The shop has a nice design and offers both seating and standing room. The doner kebab itself is really fantastic and generous. Delicious bread, crispy on the outside, fresh salads, and I ordered both types of meat. The chain's homemade sauces are truly delicious, and the fresh ingredients are great too. I also think it's great that, in addition to choosing sauces and salads, they ask if you'd like fresh lemon and another spice. All in all, Lord of Döner is a real asset to Rommerskirchen and tastes absolutely fantastic. Thanks to the team, thumbs up, and keep it up! I'll definitely be back.
Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the doner kebab very much. I prefer the classic doner with fresh, not pickled, red cabbage, and sadly, they didn't have any tzatziki; the sauce was more like mayonnaise. It lacked freshness for my taste. Otherwise, they didn't skimp on the meat, and I thought it was a decent portion. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
Top kebab shop. Superb quality! This is reflected not only in the food (which is the most important thing), but also in the service and even the packaging. We ordered takeaway, and the food stayed nice and warm in the thick aluminum foil and sturdy bag. You definitely get your money's worth here. A visit is absolutely worthwhile. We'll be back, even though we don't live in Rommerskirchen or the surrounding area. The service was also simply friendly and welcoming. Thanks, guys!
I ate a doner kebab here and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the bread fresh and crispy, and the sauces complemented everything wonderfully. The ingredients were fresh and the portion was more than generous. Plus, the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back! Best doner kebab in Rommerkirchen
