First time having Maroccan food and dare I say that I am impressed. The food here feels like food that gives off the warmth of home. The tajine surprised me with its clear and subtle flavors. Nothing too overpowering to retain (perhaps enhancing would be a better word) the natural flavors of the ingredients. Also don't forget to try some Maroccan tea and cookies as dessert!
