Halal Cajun Chicken & Wings

Chicken tenders, spicy chicken wings, and spicy fried chicken all hit the spot - piping hot and crispy fresh! The biscuit and fries were good as well, but the mashed potatoes and gravy was a salt bomb. This place is a solid option when entering metro LA from the Bay Area or Central Valley. We would definitely come back.

Salam Alaikum Our family came here on our way back to the bay area, the chicken was tasty, crispy, and fresh. The sides were really good. We even got chicken sandwiches to go, sister were so good. Will definitely come back and tell family and friends about this place.

I have been going to this place for a while and the quality has really gone downhill. The last two times I went the chicken was over cooked. The batter was dark brown and hard. Not golden and crunchy like it should be. They use way too much batter, probably to make the pieces look bigger. I asked for ranch and hot sauce for our wings and they gave me these super tiny little plastic containers, literally like 2 teaspoons worth. The only thing they have going for them is they are the last halal restaurant when leaving Southern California on the 5. If you do go there I would recommend the chicken strips, they are the best thing on the menu.

I was here with my family vacation. When we got here the owner asked us halal or regular chicken. We ordered halal. He charged us double on couple of orders. After I discovered he acted confused at the register but then refunded minus the tax. When the order was ready he gave us small sides we have ordered large. Again showing confusion. The food was ok. Too oily and looked like it was not left to drain.

Delicious halal fried chicken in the middle of nowhere. This place used to be a Popeye's Chicken but it went independent. The fried chicken is still just as delicious. They also have great sides like mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Great place works def come here again!

I wouldn't call it the best; I have had better. The chicken is fairly decent and spicy chicken is my favorite. The kid behind the counter nice fellow make sure let them know you want halal before ordering. I was given verbal they have halal chicken didn't go any further in verifying left it at that. Machine vs. Hand don't know...

This is the best freshly cooked Halal Chicken in Southern California

I love this place because they serve Halal Chicken. That's right Halal! You don't have to bring in your own Chicken like KFC. They have it in stock. The Best part is you can order a 2-4 piece meal. The downside of course is the waiting period which takes about 10-20min; so I suggest you call and order ahead of time. The Aunty owner is a nice lady and his son is a cool dude who sometimes hook it up with some extras on the side. I drive 16 miles to come down and it's worth every drive and waiting time.

After a long day we stopped here for dinner, food was amazing. It was fresh and well cooked. We all loved it! Quantity and quality both were perfect. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We would love to go again.

So pleasantly surprised to find a HALAL POPEYES! This was a great treat! Owner is Muslim and staff is friendly. Great fresh food and clean restaurant. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

I went to this location after we finish from Six Flags park .. The guy in the cashier told me that he can cook Halal chicken for us, so you must inform them that you need Halal chicken for your order. By the way, the phone number in Zabihah is wrong and this is their correct phone number (661) 702-9955.

I have ordered from here twice, and really enjoyed their halal Fried Chicken. It is a little out of the way, but since I was in the area I tried it out. The lady (I found out her name is Sofia) told me that it usually takes about an hour to get the halal order ready, and for me to call her 15mins prior to pickup so that everything would be fried and kept fresh. They have some good family combo deals, that you should ask about. When I went for pickup the staff was very friendly too. Inshallah I will definitely visit them again if I am in the area.
